The S13 fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer developed and produced by our company has the advantages of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution.

Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed transformer eliminates the oil storage cabinet. The change in oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank.

The transformer is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability, and making normal operation maintenance-free.

The low-voltage winding of the oil-immersed transformer adopts copper foil winding or layer structure; the high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, with balanced ampere-turn distribution, small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit resistance.

LOW NOISE

The iron core is made of high-quality, high-magnetic silicon steel sheets and adopts a full-slant step-joint stacking machine type. The process is advanced, with low no-load loss and low noise.

RELIABLE FASTENING

The body adopts fastening measures, and the fastening parts, such as the height and low-voltage leads of the body, are equipped with anti-loosening nuts. The non-hanging structure is adopted, and the long-distance transportation is also fastened and reliable.

INSULATION PERFORMANCE

The coil and the iron core are vacuum-dried, and the transformer adopts the vacuum oil injection process, which makes the insulation strength of the oil-immersed transformer higher and the electrical strength higher.
